Required documents for supplier registration:
- The referral letter to be addressed to the company's general manager
- A letter from the representative or delegate of the office and a copy of the identity proof.
- Evidence of establishment or memorandum of association according to Law No. (21) of 1369 FDP, stating some provisions regarding the conduct of economic activities.
- A recent copy from the commercial register.
- Registration of the Chamber of Commerce.
- Certificate of experience and CV of the supplier's members.
- A license to practice a profession - a permit to practice a profession.
- Al-Mard administrative site (a sketch of the site or a copy of the rental contract).
- A tax payment certificate addressed to the Housing and Utilities Project Execution Authority (original).

The Libyan Company for Investment and Operation of Health Facilities requires all companies and engineering offices wishing to contract and cooperate with the company to be registered through the company’s Projects and Development Department, after providing us with all the required documents, and the registration is as follows:
- The company or supplier must complete all the required documents related to registration with the company.
- The company or supplier is registered after receiving all the legal and technical formulations
